Vaccine Requirement

Beginning Sept.13th, the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) will implement proof of vaccination requirements. We will be following PHO's guidelines and asking for proof of vaccine. For more information on how to get your vaccine card, or about the proof of vaccine guidelines, CLICK HERE. A reminder that mask wearing also remains a requirement.

A Few New Pieces of Equipment

The studio may look a little different upon your return. We have moved things around, acquired a few new pieces of equipment and are excited to be able to offer you a greater capacity for group classes and a dedicated area for privates. Can't wait to see you in the space!
