Parya combines her expertise in nutrition and fitness with a genuine passion for the Pilates method. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and several certifications, including the prestigious ACSM CPT, she is committed to improving her clients’ well-being.
Her journey in the fitness industry started in Iran, where she worked as a personal trainer and dietitian before extending her practice internationally to Malaysia and Canada. Living and working in the diverse environment of Malaysia for seven years profoundly influenced her. This period not only broadened her views on health and wellness but also enhanced her understanding of the varied needs of individuals from different cultures.
The discovery of Pilates was a pivotal moment in Parya’s career. She was drawn to its holistic approach, focusing on control, precision, and the mind-body connection. The method’s emphasis on posture, core strength, and flexibility underscored the comprehensive benefits of Pilates in fostering balance, endurance, and overall physical health. The dedicated attention Pilates instructors give to clients; posture and alignment convinced her of the method’s unique ability to integrate the key components of effective fitness training, prompting her to specialize in Pilates.
As a social media content creator, Parya uses her platform to educate and inspire her audience about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. She addresses misinformation and advocates for evidence-based practices, highlighting the critical role of movement and physical activity in wellness.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Parya enjoys traveling, practicing gymnastics, and spending quality time with family and friends, embodying her belief in a balanced and active lifestyle.
